Upspir core program is designed for enabling candidates with the skills required to succeed in technical support roles across the industry,

The program focuses on building core technical skills in Linux, Networking, database / SQL, basic Shell Scripting, and Cloud Fundamentals. It also provides the necessary training to develop functional skills such as the basics of Excel, Documentation, and Presentation Skills as well as employability skills like communication skills, interpersonal skills, task management and time management, which are necessary to succeed on the job.

The program is structured in such a way that while covering the core skills students will also learn “how to learn while on the job” so they can continuously upskill themselves even after the course ends.

Tech Support Roles allow us to gain a foothold in the tech industry, as well as provide multiple career options to choose from as you gain experience and a better understanding of the domain.

Upspir Core Program

Program Duration & Schedule

The duration of the program is 3 months, with monthly assessments of the progress. The program expects complete dedication and participation from the students as most of the exercises will be practical, do and learn mode.

You are expected to give a minimum of 4 hours per day on training, attending lectures, and doing assignments.

Weekday Batches: Conducted 5 days a week from Monday to Friday,

  • Morning : 07:30 AM – 9:30 AM
  • Evening: 07:00 PM -09:00 PM.

Weekend Batches: Conducted on Saturdays and Sundays (on special requests)

  • 10:30 AM to 02:30 PM

Candidate Selection

Trainees will undergo an interview and assessment round to ascertain their current levels, and understand their training needs. We may choose to reject a candidate in case he/she doesn’t meet the necessary criteria for undertaking the course. During the program we may take special sessions for students who are weak in a particular area.

Batch Allocation

Batch allocation will be done basis of the slot preference by students/candidates and the availability of the slot in the batch

Once students are enrolled they will be allotted the batch basis mutual discussion.  Early enrollment may ensure students are placed in the desired batch, in the case by the time students enroll the batch is already full, they will have to wait for the next batch

Assumptions / Prerequisites

  • Students/Trainees must be able to speak/read/write in English
  • Students/Trainees must have access to laptops/desktops with Linux OS, and good internet access through the duration of the program
  • Training shall be conducted as per the detailed training plan shared at the beginning of the batch.
  • Students / Trainees are expected to behave professionally during the course and submit the assessments on time
  • Trainer will collect training feedback at the end of each session to understand the gaps if any
  • There will be periodic assessments on the progress and the results shall be shared with the sponsors of the batch/students.

Upspir Core Program is our 6 Months Training and Placement Program, to help our students prepare for TECHNICAL SUPPORT JOBS.This program covers the curriculum desired to create world class technical support engineers, and offers 3 months internship on top of training.

Program Fees

Rs 60000/=, payable in 12 monthly installments after installment. 

Scholarships and Discounts upto 40% are available as per the performance in Skill Assessment Tests.
