Nikhil Kumar Ahluwalia

I'm Nikhil Kumar Ahluwalia, with 16+ years in the tech industry. Despite a non-tech background, I forged a successful career, guiding many engineers from entry-level to high positions. These journeys taught me invaluable lessons on career-building essentials.

With a mission to support those facing job struggles or career advancement hurdles, I established Upspir. We aim to empower individuals through training, mentorship, and job placement, kickstarting an upward career trajectory. Job acquisition is just the start; it's solid foundations in technical, soft, and employability skills that drive progress. Continuous learning and adaptability are vital. Our programs are designed to instill these skills, readying individuals for tech roles

Today, the tech industry in India is facing a significant skills shortage, leading to a divide between those who are able to secure desirable positions and the benefits that come with it, and those who remain unemployed or stagnant in their careers.
