General
| For Upspir Core Programs | Who are in final year of college or have recently graduated. He/She who has a laptop and a stable internet connection and is fully available for a period of 4 months to attend training sessions which are conducted for 2 hours everyday (5 days a week) and complete the assignment and tasks given for the day. |
| For Upspir Boot Camps | Who are already working or still looking for job, and have a laptop and a stable internet connection. Is able to attend the classes for 4 hours for the period of 2 months, for live sessions, assignments and self-study, (5 days a week) |

| Upspir Core Program | Upspir provides placement assistance, and with the large number of connects in the Industry there are very high chances of getting placed provided you clear the complete course |
| Upspir Boot Camp | This program is for upskilling, we provide placement assistance, if you complete the course |
| Upspir Core Program | Duration is 4 months, additional time may be required in certain cases, + the time required to land a job |
| Upspir Boot Camp | Duration is 2 months, additional time may be required in certain cases based on your past skills, for example if you are from non tech background additional time may be needed for you to complete the course, this will be decided at the time of assessment and admission interview |
Lectures will be a combination of recorded videos, publicly available knowledge, live sessions, and practical assessments in an online mode

Not necessary. Upspir will be scheduling your interview sessions with companies who offer better job KRA, that help you further grow in your career, After securing a job through us, you are free to apply to other places as well, for period of 2 months. You would be expected to start paying the fees in installments after a month of securing a job from us or from your side. Upspir encourages a fruitful and gratifying start in the tech industry and promises to give the best guidance in doing so.

Fees and Pay-after-placement
| For Upspir Core Program | As per MOU (Pay after Placement) Rs 60000/= payable in 12 monthly installments after you get the job, refer to the service agreement for more details INTRODUCTORY OFFER : We are giving inaugral discount and limiting this fees to 32000/= payable in 4 monthly installments for Rs 8000/= each , for the 4 month program, payable upfront at the start of each month of the program |

With Pay-after-placement option, you only pay after getting placed.

The amount payable to will be collected on 1st of every month.
No hidden aspects apart from what is mentioned above,
Our pay after placment MOU is applicable only during the times you are employed somewhere.
You are eligible to pay the full amount if your job continues for a period of 6 months or more.
In case you lose your job within 6 months, your pay after placement installments would be on hold and will resume as soon as you get employed again.

Upspir Core Program
If you opt for pay after placement, there is no upfront fees
If you opt for the introductory offer, you have to pay Rs 8000 every month for the duration of the program (that is 4 months)
Upspir Boot Camp
You have to be pay Rs500/= registration fees, it makes you eligible to appear for UPAT and participate in Week 1 of the Program.
We have limited batches and seats, the allocation will be done on first come first serve basis
