Candidates learn about Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TAT), Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for technical support roles, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are tracked.

Documentation Skills

We train candidates to create basic documents and presentations, as well as to handle and present data using Excel.

  3. Hiring Partner Review – Companies conduct a basic hygiene check and offer candidates an internship-based training opportunity.
  4. Enrollment & MOU – Candidates sign an MOU with UPSPIR
  5. Training & Skill Building – A 2-6 month training program based on Roles
  6. Final Evaluation & Hiring – Companies assess trained candidates for direct hiring.
