Role – Academic Counselor

Department – Business Development

Job Location – Ghaziabad – Vasundhra (Nea Indirapuram, Vaishali Metro Station, Sahibabad RRTS Station)

Salary / Remuneration -A mix of fixed and variable, between 2-3 LPA

We’re looking for someone to join us in a role that involves providing guidance to students and parents, explaining course details, and becoming the first point of contact for sales-related inquiries. If you’re charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic, this role could be a perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·      Counselling of new students
  • ·      Lead the sales process, establish contact, call and meet prospective students
  • ·      Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication
  • ·      Explain course details to students/parents
  • ·      Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions
  • ·      Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
  • ·      Responsible for day-to-day activities of the center, coordinating lectures between trainers and students

Others (good to have)

  • ·      Give presentations to prospective clients in the education sector like colleges and universities
  • ·      Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • · IMMEDIATE JOINING
  • ·      0-1 year of sales / ed-tech experience, Freshers can also apply
  • ·      Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • ·      Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
  • ·      Charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
  • ·      Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
  • ·      Should be able to work on Excel, Doc, and prepare Presentations.
