In my experience leading and building teams, I have interviewed many candidates who lacked the necessary skills, even after additional training, highlighting a gap in the training process and a need of better training and mentoring oppurtunities for them.

I'm Nikhil Kumar Ahluwalia, and I have over 16 years of experience in the tech industry. Despite starting from a non-tech background, I built a successful career, guiding many engineers from entry-level positions to high-ranking roles. These journeys taught me invaluable lessons about the essentials of career-building.
